How can we help?

Our approach to your care is multidisciplinary with access to a Physiotherapist and an ISSA certified Fitness Instructor. We share our space with Registered Massage Therapists, Acupuncturists and Chiropractors at times based on practitioner availability. Participating in Physiotherapy can be beneficial to assist you in regaining strength and mobility that is often lost with an injury. Our Physiotherapists has been specifically trained in assessment and treatment techniques. We can work with you to tailor a treatment plan that meets your immediate and long-term goals.

Our on-site fitness classes might be helpful to re-train your muscles, help improve flexibility, regain control of your balance and help you stay fit and healthy!

PHYSIOTHERAPY TREATMENTS

Initial Assessment and Treatment $115

The Physiotherapist will conduct a detailed assessment and commence treatment as appropriate.

This initial consultation typically takes 60 minutes - so please allow enough time in your day

Follow-up Treatments $85

A treatment plan will be established and updated as needed.

This may consist of manual therapy (soft tissue techniques or joint mobilization/manipulation), exercises/stretches, modalities (heat, ice, TENS/EStim/IFC) and education.

Follow-up with use of needling (Acupuncture or Dry Needling) $90

This will be a continuation of your physiotherapy path and will have acupuncture or dry needling in addition to traditional Physiotherapy treatment options - manual therapy (soft tissue techniques or joint mobilization/manipulation), exercises/stretches, modalities (heat, ice, TENS/EStim/IFC) and education.

MASSAGE THERAPY TREATMENTS

WE ARE HIRING Seeking an RMT to join our team Valemount is home to nearly 1,200 residents. We have a robust community who are in need of Allied Health Professional services. Our facility has 5 private treatment rooms which can be rented on an occasional basis or a monthly arrangement. Therepeutic Massage (60minutes) $120

The massage therapist will use a variety of techniques: anything from traditional deep tissue, NMT and myofascial, to breathwork and visceral manipulation, to help you enter a space of recovery and balance.
